Yoga is a practice which combines meditation and motion in the form of physical poses, breathing practices, and time-honored relaxation methods. Yoga releases endorphins (happy brain chemicals) which reduces stress, lower blood pressure, and lower your heart rate. Acupuncture improves upon the results of Yoga practice by releasing muscle tensions, reducing pain, and increasing circulation. Suitable for most people. Yoga, and Acupuncture, delivered during the final resting pose of the Yoga class, is the ideal solution for the complexities of modern lifestyle and workplace stressors.
